Prerequisites: Age 16+ | Students should be able to enter and exit a German hang without spotting. Students should be able to invert from hanging (bent or straight arms).
This is a weekend immersion into straps development! Based on the cohort goals, we will dive into shoulder mechanics, c shaping, dynamics, etc. This intensive aims to cover theory, conditioning, and self-spotting drills you can incorporate into your own training.

Whether it's two arms or one, we'll work on the mechanics of flares and leveraging them to your meathook, back flag, or even further. Standard, reverse, elbow, or armpit, we will cover flares in its variations.

Dynamics on straps can seem intimidating. This workshop provides theory, conditioning, and progressions for swings on one or two arms. We'll start from the ground up and target skills that leverage momentum.

Specifically two arm bicep roll-ups, we will go over off apparatus drills and conditioning that will improve you're technique at any level. We'll also look into entrances from hanging, exit strategies, and ways to embellish the pathway.

Prerequisites: Age 16+ | Graduation from Aerial Fundamentals or coach approval
In Beginner 1 Straps we will start exploring the wonderful world of straps and how to properly position our bodies to achieve greatness. In this class we will be focusing on many different conditioning drills, strength building skills and basic spin technique.
Prerequisites: 2 skin the cats, front meat hooks, working on front and back planche
This class is a great chance for intermediate aerial straps students to discover some of the foundational skills of straps. We will work on flares, meat hook transitions, and progressions for more difficult skills. Even for those who are not interested in focusing on straps as their discipline, this can offer excellent cross training and aerial conditioning.

In our beginner rope class, you will learn the foundational skills of this discipline. This class will focus on building and applying your knowledge of aerial rope skills and increasing your strength and endurance in the air.
Prerequisites: Students should be able to get upside down safely by this point as well as have a solid knowledge of basic climbs foot locks and entry level aerial rest positions.
This class will be designed to build off the skills from beginning rope to get them to build a better foundation for advanced rope skills. This class will introduce the fundamentals of transition zones as well as basic drops and wraps. We will begin setting introductory dynamic moves to prep for advance rope as well. Strength building will be larger part of this class as the requirement for safe straddle inversions will become more frequent.
